OMG … here’s a game of Guess Who where I won’t even obscure the person’s face. I was utterly and COMPLETELY SHOCKED when I saw these photos and then found out who it is … I mean, it looks nothing like him at all! Take a look:

I’m sure some of you may be able to guess correctly who this is but even after knowing who it is I still don’t think it looks anything like him. Find out who this person is after the jump …

Get a load of this … it’s Donnie Wahlberg:

We still can’t believe our eyes. It’s tempting to assume that multiple photohouses have gotten it wrong and the man on the right is not Donnie Wahlberg. But unless the wrinkly NKOTB bad boy steps forward, we’ll just have to accept that Mr. Hangin’ Tough became one smooth sailor over the last two weeks. Someone, please tell us a bad celebrity impersonator went to the Global Green pre-Oscar party last night and just said he was Donnie Wahlberg. Someone tell us Corky from Life Goes On got into low necklines and beads. Please. We beg you.

I mean … WTF?! Clearly, Donnie did something to his face … but what? You can kinda see that it’s him … but his skin is pulled so tight he looks like a completely different person. UGH! I’m all for taking steps to halt the aging process but this is just too much. Fess up, how many of you had NO IDEA this was Donnie Wahlberg before I told you? Wow … not a good look, Donnie. Not at all.

UPDATE: The folks at FabLife also report that these photos are labeled Donnie Wahlberg … tho, it’s entirely possible that they have been mislabeled. I can only pass along what the photos are labeled as, which is why I was “completely shocked” to learn it’s supposedly him.

UPDATE 2: It turns out that there was a mix-up at the agency who labeled these photos, it turns out that this is not Donnie Wahlberg but is, in fact, some dude named Greg Alterman, founder and designer for Alternative Apparel. The good news is that Donnie still looks as grizzled as ever … the bad news is this Alterman dude looks like a stretched out Donnie Wahlberg ;)
