This is my example of HIIT training. I actually did this exact workout today. I have been doing workouts like this for years, so work at your pace and your level. This workout can be done on the treadmill, elliptical machine, bike, swimming, stair machines, etc. Consult your doctor before attempting any kind of intense physical activity. ....
